starting from the inner corner of eye, carefully line lids with a sleek line
move slowly & close to your lash line
line 2/3 of lash line
count 5 lashes from outer corner of eye & start to wing out and up
wing it out, 5 lashes in
fill in
from wing tip, double back with liner to fill in to the lash line
if desired, run one more coat over entire line for a fierce end result
