Next, for camera-ready features, apply a powder cover-up that’s one shade lighter than your complexion to forehead, nose, chin and under-eye area, using a sponge. Do not blend it in immediately. This helps set concealer and soak up any shine – using a shade lighter than your complexion highlights and sculpts features. Let it set for a bit, then dust it all off with a blush brush.
2) Eyes/Brows: Keep the eyes shimmery and bright by applying a shimmery taupe cream base shadow from the lash line, onto the entire lid, and into the crease. Next apply a brow highlighter pencil to highlight brow bone & blend. Using a liquid liner, line the eyelid making a slight ‘wing’ on the outer corner (click here for a liquid liner tutorial).
Use a brow powder & wax to shape brows, bringing the top of your arch slightly higher to give a more theatrical-look to the brow.
4) Lashes: Apply several coats of mascara, wiggling the wand horizontally from the base of the lashes to the tips. Then use the wand vertically to separate and lengthen lashes. They’re real mascara is perfect for this, naturally.
5)The Beauty Mark: For a Marilyn-eque beauty mark, dot a waterproof eyeliner onto the bottom part of the apple of your cheek as a guide. Next to sharpen up the color, use the liquid liner to go over the dot.
6)Costume: Nothing screams “va-va-voom” like a red satin dress, some bling, satin gloves and CLEAVAGE! Give your ‘girls’ a little boost by dusting bronzer between ‘em.
