try this trend…wine-colored lips

cheers to fall!

I love fall! It’s the coziest season of all.

You can look cute wearing your favorite sweaters without actually freezing to death. But bringing out your old sweaters and jackets doesn’t have to mean sticking to your normal beauty routines. A quick and easy way to change up a favorite fall look is to try on a bold and beautiful Bordeaux lip color! It’s one of the hottest fall trends this year.

There are tons of wondrous wine lip shades in blends of dark purples, classy cranberries and pretty plums. It’s a great way to add a quick dash of drama and sophistication to any night time look but don’t be afraid to wear it during the day too!

Benefit’s bordeaux babes

To make such a daring lip color choice daytime appropriate, keep the rest of your makeup simple and natural-looking.

For me, I dip into wine country by using Benefit full-finish lipstick in espionage. After applying it, I put on a few quick coats of they’re real! mascara and I’m out the door!

“espionage” in action

Katie, aka Benefit’s “Director of First Impressions,” loves to use Benefit full-finish lipstick in no competition and likes to dab a few small drops of Benetint on her cheeks for an added flush.

hand’s down, Katie has “no competition”

Our lovely PR intern, Alyssa, rocks Benefit full-finish lipstick in oh currant and sweeps on Benefit velvet eyeshadow in rich beach on her lids for a peek of color.

Alyssa is so “oh currant”

How are you going to wear your Bordeaux lip color this fall season?
