Happy Fat Tuesday, Benebabes! In light of carnival season, we wanted to share something AMAZING one of our coworkers made for Mardi Gras—this adorable Bene-mask! Follow these simple steps below to create your very own carnival mask out of Benefit tissue paper.
Step 1: Gather your supplies! You’ll need: 2 white masks, Benefit tissue paper (available with any Benefit purchase online or at-counter), a water-based adhesive glue, glitter, rhinestones and pretty pink feathers!
Step 2: Lay down some newspaper. Grab your white mask, tissue paper and adhesive glue. Start by layering the tissue paper over the mask, then apply a thick layer of glue on top. Once the glue has dried, remove excess tissue paper around the mask and in eye holes.
Step 3: Apply one more thin layer of glue, then sprinkle your favorite glitter over the mask. Note: You can never have too much glitter. Let dry.
Step 4: Glue any other rhinestones & feathers where you see fit to make your mask the prettiest of them all!
Step 5: Grab your bestie & pour yourself a drink!
Cheers to Mardi Gras, ladies!! xo
